Free shipping

Every order over $500 ships free to the contiguous 48 US states. Orders under $500 have a flat $29 shipping rate.

Handling & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• E-bikes arrive in 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground.
• Accessories arrive in 2–5 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships. Track it any time from your confirmation email.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii for a shipping quote — contact us before ordering. We don't currently ship internationally.

Damaged in transit?

Inspect your bike within 48 hours of delivery. If anything is damaged, email support@ebikewarehouse.com with photos and we'll make it right — usually with a replacement out the door within 24 hours.
