2-Year Warranty

Every e-bike we sell is covered by a 2-year limited warranty on the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects — starting the day it's delivered.

What's covered

• Frame cracks or welds failing under normal use
• Motor failures
• Battery cells dropping below 70% of rated capacity
• Controller and display electrical failures

What's not covered

• Normal wear items: tires, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips
• Damage from crashes, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Cosmetic wear

How to file a claim

Email warranty@ebikewarehouse.com with your order number, photos, and a short description. We'll respond within 1 business day and ship replacement parts free.
